I used this term for our community of recovery. It aka collective grooming for narcissistic framing.

Our book has a great quotation from Herbert Spencer. He gives a great definition for ignorance and prejudice. It is vey basic, it is

“contempt prior to investigation”

That is when a person consciously or subconsciously takes the path of ignorance and prejudice .

In the case of the "induced prejudice" or "ignorance". The person has no choice, he is like a zombie . He is manipulated until he becomes ignorance. Like the “flying monkeys” in the “Wizard of Oz”. This is called narcissistic framing

An All Out preemptive Defense

When a narcissist realize that he is about to be exposed as a predator, he goes to an all-out preemptive defense. He uses all tactics to shut down the whistleblower, which is also known as “truth teller”.

He must maintain the narrative that he is a victim and he is not a predator. If has no success with that, he qualifies the situation as quarrel between friends. For sure it is not a crime.

Under no circumstances, he accepts the narrative that he is a predator.

That is really what my story is. Two years of violence of stalking was not enough. He had to make sure, that his story would be heard loud and clear and mine is just some crazy idea.

We have two narratives here .

• His narrative is that , “we were two friend who have had quarrel.”

• My narrative is that he is a predator. He comes here to prey on vulnerable people . I am just another victim of his crime

Collective Grooming: To achieve his narrative, he uses this tactic , that is very common among Narcissists.

• He gets to the proximity of the “truth teller” ‘s community of the friends.

• He contaminates all the relationships between truth teller and his friends.

The objective is to isolates the whistle blower from his support system. This is done by employing variety of tactics.

DARVO Tactic

DARVO is an acronym for:

• Deny the abuse took place.

• Attack the individual confronting the abuse.

• Reverse the roles of

• Victim and

• Offender

The DARVO tactic serves many purposes.

• DARVO is a smokescreen used by narcissists, psychopaths or other manipulators to conceal the truth of their behavior.

• DARVO enables the narcissist, psychopath or other manipulator to control how others perceive the target and the conflict.

• DARVO often stuns the targeted person into confusion and silence.

Thus, the abuser is able to craft a scapegoat story which is used to cultivate biases against the target and rally bystanders to their cause.

In a DARVO climate, no amount of evidence will suffice as proof of the abuser’s transgressions. The target will not be believed within a social circle that has been groomed by a narcissist, psychopath or other manipulator. On the contrary, the target will be subjected to a terrifying campaign of victim-blaming by the group.

Once the abuser has successfully secured the bystanders’ support and conditioned them to perceive the survivor as the perpetrator, the clique collectively subjects the survivor to the merciless process of scapegoating.

If the survivor lives through it, they are usually driven into isolation and social death. Other outcomes can include homicide or death by self-annihilation. The narcissist, psychopath or manipulator’s endgame is the complete destruction of the target.

DARVO as a collective grooming tactic

The cognitive distortions created by DARVO cultivate an ecosystem of moral corruption. Members of the peer group are encouraged by the narcissist to engage in polarized or black and white thinking.

The group’s empathy for the narcissist is weaponized and used to encourage negative biases about the recipient of the abuse. Narcissists, psychopaths and other manipulators do this in order to ensure that members of the dominant clique become indifferent and callous about the betrayal of the survivor.

is another system of tactic he used to do collective grooming. For now I just listed them. I leave it for another time to express my experience of horror.

Gaslighting , Tribal Gaslighting , Gaslighting 2.0

I really wanted to call this section "how to breakup friendships". But, i didn't. The reason for it was that there is a history behind the word Gaslighting/ It means:

manipulate (someone) by psychological means into questioning their own sanity.

Gaslighting

I experienced many simple traditional gaslighting technique. For example, a close friend called me several time, because she hasn’t seen me for a long time,. Although, she saw me the day before. She called me.

Over all there were over 151 gaslighting incidents from May 2019 to 2021

Tribal Gaslighting

This is when another person acts as an enforcer to do the predator’s bidding. For example “S” from Passaic called me several times as a way of triangulation. I could not have possibly respond to this triangulation. Lack of respond created a sense of urgency and “S” did the Gaslighting on the behalf of the narcissist.

Over all there were over 101 tribal gaslighting incidents from May 2019 to 2021

Gaslighting 2.0

This is a new form of gaslighting, where narcissists use new technology to create confusion . For my case he used spear-phishing technique to send text to and from program friends

Smear campaign

It simply is a planned attempt to harm the reputation of a person by telling lies about them:

For example number of times people contacted me and expressing concern about my wellbeing. This is also classified as trauma bonding, from people who I have not seen for years.

Another good example of smear campaign is Munchausen by Proxy. Which was just covered above.

Over all there were over 161 smear campaign incidents from May 2019 to 2021

Trauma Bonding

There were four style of Trauma bonding between my friends , him and I. They were all about emotional abuse.

In each case the narcissist assigned the role of golden child to my friend and assigned the role of the scapegoat to me

• Trauma Bonding (Patrick Carnes)

There were over 98 incident of the scenario.

There were over 97 incident of the scenario.

• Trauma Bonding (repetitive compulsion)

There were over 414 incidents of the scenario.

• Trauma Bonding (enmeshed )

There were over 270 incidents of the scenario.
